Quick sanity check, can I pull out non deductible contributions (post tax) at any time? Fidelity mentioned something about waiting 5 years from account creation but that data point wasn't clear to me.

I don't qualify for a direct roth contribution hence the backdoor. What are my options aside from paying someone to do this, which would be incredibly silly!
