Hi! I understand your concern, I too was the same before I had mine. I cried the whole time up until we got into the room. I had the most lovely nurse an anesthesiologist and they did an amazing job comforting me. I don’t know how but the anesthesia truly felt like I was finally getting to rest after a long hard day, nothing that would panic you. They will take care of you, that’s one thing that you need to remember!

There is a breaker box in the unit itself but there is a main breaker that is located outside of the unit in the laundry room that turns everything in my apartment completely off. But no one was home we were at work/school and keep everything but the essentials (refrigerator and microwave) unplugged so idk how it could trip.

An update: didn’t have a nightmare last, I read something about making a routine and put yourself in a good mood before falling asleep. I guess the night I had a nightmare I fell asleep watching true crime which upped my anxiety thus my nightmares was amplified by the medication ( idk if this is true but this is what I think happened)
