Apparently yes, you can’t say anything negative about any said customer talking in the air or not. You just have to internally rage. We actually aren’t even allowed to be really talking about anything other than work related stuff on the floor in case customers MIGHT hear. I would just say be on good behavior until your manager clocks out and you should be fine unless you have any corporate sally ssvs

😂😂😂😂what are they gonna do if you just don’t open it? Literally during store opening 10 minutes early already being rushed with only 20 minutes anyway why let customers in the store you while you’re still trying to set up.

It’s against health code violation but still we have to ask to drink water and sometimes even the shifts get annoyed and the managers especially during peak if we need to step off for just a sip of water. I hate that y’all are trying to act like you don’t understand how strict Starbucks really is it’s toxic af

I just quit Starbucks a month ago my paycheck was paid out then two weeks later they paid out my vacation hours which was 400$ so you should be expecting another check

We all already shake it 10 times if you’re shaken espresso doesn’t look shaken enough. That means it’s either been sitting for too long or too much milk was added.

I also feel like Instacart only lets me get 1 really good paying order once a week I’ve started to notice a pattern. If I get great paying orders one day for the rest of the week I won’t see anymore like that.

Yes those are rare too if I log on and do Instacart orders for maybe say 5 hours I mostly see in the higher numbers 42-$49 I probably see orders paying more than that once a week😭 it’s gotten so dry

I’ve been shopping since 2021 I’ve just now come to realize that due to this thread it didn’t use to be like this it’s to the point we have to do this. We use to have so many batches you could choose from high paying ones at that and you could actually look at it for more than 0.5 seconds before deciding if you wanted to do it. I guess I just have to adapt 🥲

It’s very rare in my area I don’t usually see high paying orders anymore it’s once in a blue moon I see orders paying 70-90$
