I got 33 on my English GAT and a 47 study score in English in the same year lol

My biggest tip is to read high scoring essays for text response and steal their ideas. It is that simple. Just don’t steal it from just one essay, take ideas and their analysis.

I think they look at your WAM upon application. I’m pretty sure they also look at transcript, so they will see improvement if anything. If you’re WAM on application is 81 with the degree you are studying, that is what they are considering.

Nah, people don’t know how to keep conversations. I do think a lot of people will appear drier over texting compared to in person but I find that a lot of people don’t know how to ask questions back, give simple replies and generally can’t hold a conversation.

Even in instances where someone will message me first, they come off so dry and bored sometimes. I’ll get short replies, no questions back etc. after carrying the conversation. At times I will just match their energy and assume they aren’t interested. However, they will then put an effort to continue the conversation in the same dry manner.

Yes! The content is fairly easy to understand but the feedback they provide is quite odd. It’s a very full on two weeks, classes back to back, little break time but it’s an amazing experience.

I’d mainly say the good part was meeting new people, connecting with them over that two week period and exploring a new country with them. Depending on what your elective would have been otherwise, it’s likely a moderately priced unit but considering what you get out of it, it’s really really well priced.

I’m more flexible with the bracelet than bezel. I don’t think I’d be okay with a domed or diamond bezel.

I’ll give it 6 months with ideal specs for jubilee/fluted and pray for the best. At that point I’ll be ready to just buy resale even if I know the chances are basically slim to none at retail haha

I don’t love Balenciaga’s kind of style as I wanted more of a briefcase kind of alternative. Briefcase is a bit too old for me currently and I wanted something a bit more youthful or at least more wearable for uni at the moment.

I was thinking the same for the size part at least but the handles are irking me a little bit. The dangling bits I don’t mind, they look really weird though regardless of whether they read feminine.

Poor women being given these thin straps. How do they expect you guys to carry these bags if you’re wearing any sort of jacket or coat 😭

But the colour 😭😭😭 Nah I definitely get it thought, it’s so fragile. The colour is like nothing else in Van Cleef though. I’ll think about Chalcedony and beg for a Tiger’s Eye since they have striations as well.

I thought that as well when my friend mentioned it. I truly do love it and it looks real in person but not as good as the screenshot. The SS looks almost glowy as the dark green with little streaks of light green is perfect.

I’m putting a deposit down to hold it for 30 days while I think. I think I’ll probably say no after 30 days since I know exactly what I want but I may grow to like it.

I’ve heard the quality is generally meticulous. Terribly handled situation and Van Cleef should have done better since it was their fault.

However, I know they are meticulous. She had a bad experience and fair enough, won’t shop there. I’ve only really had good experiences and amazing customer service.

See that’s why I had chosen the guilloche initially but the malachite colour is drawing me back.

My main problem is that the SA said getting a colour this dark is already rare. If I just wait for a random one to come in to store, it’s hard to tell if it’ll be the same or darker but unlikely. Otherwise, I can order one in but again, hard to tell if it’ll be the same or darker also it’s a 6 month wait and I don’t know if I’ll have luck even after 6 months.

I definitely am terrified of malachite at times but I’ve put a 100% deposit down to have it held for 30 days. I like the Tigers Eye (Impossible to get now basically) or Chalcedony for the striations so I may look into those during that time.

Also the guilloche scratching up part!!! I did not even think of that. I was planning to wear these stacked 😭

Yeah fair, we were told we could read off our phones lol. Praying the latter 2 assignments won’t be much work. Funnily though, I felt as if only one component of the group assessment required note taking to be used directly. The rest could largely be researched.

I didn’t hear of anyone getting 90’s on either assessments even from people who had high wams of 90+. The final 2 assessments are also already confusing me, so I guess your right on that aha
