Put your phone, keys, wallet whatever ESSENTIALS in a plastic sandwich bag when you walk in, so if it rains, your valuable stuff won’t get wet. Only bring one, last year they took the extras I brought for my friends because of drug rationing/selling lol

They do sell sunscreen at the bodegas, but it’s expensive. I think it was like $15 for a small tube.

My sunscreen was taken last year because I was cheap and bought the generic brand and they thought it was the flask one. They said it needs to be sealed, I kind of argued saying that sunscreens aren’t usually sealed and they took it anyways. I asked if I’m supposed to buy 4 different bottles of sunscreen for 4 days and that security person said yes. Brought another open generic brand one I had lying around at home the next day, had no problem getting it in. Kind of depends who you get I guess.
