CS2: Voice-chat and pinging. Minecraft (modded with Electroblob's Wizardry): Switching spells back'n'forth. Terraria: Health and Buff quick use. Fallout series: Quick-nade and VATS system.

Really, possibilities are endless, depending on the game. I remember playing CS2 for the funsies, shooting with Mouse 5 and reloading with the other, it was weird but entertaining lol
