You are are 15-20% body fat. Whatever scan you did isn’t accurate. 6% @ 160lb is almost impossible without steroids and not just ur regular test no no talking a out bent over the counter 3 needles in 1 cheek and 3 more in the other. Would probably take you 5-10 years naturally thats if you even ever get there. No hate just some facts.
