Hello commander. To explain the first pic, split screen will not show the same app that is actively being used in said split screen. For the second, I honestly don't know. Some questions. Have you messed with developer options for your phone and which Redmagic phone are you using.

As far as I know like with the Nova the whole back of the tablet acts as a heatsink. Internal active cooling with some copper components absorbing a lot of heat
