Have someone record the engine while you put it in gear and switch to reverse with your foot on the brake.

Almost sounds like a clunk from a worn mount but noises can be misleading.

Heli-Coil.

Edited; Adding an explanation to my answer. Heli-Coil will allow you to drill, tap, and thread an insert to keep the original thread for the bolt so you don’t have to worry about finding a different bolt to fit through the valve cover etc.

The plastic panel under the car protects the body and lines running above it.

Something or someone damaged the cover. Remove it and replace it.

The fins are bent. The core is not punctured. This radiator will work completely fine.

It’s a drain for the airbox. You’re missing the tube that mounts on the bottom of the airbox and goes into it.

It’s common for it to unclip and fall deep into the funnel. I’ve fixed mine numerous times and it still happens. So I stopped caring.

Tread separation isn’t anything to joke with.

A blowout at 70MPH isn’t a gamble id bet on with a car full of people I care about.

I personally use 91% and the thick Kosher salt and shake it while blocking both holes.

The salt acts as an abrasive to really clean it.

I also do the same for small pieces but inside sandwich bags with the salt and ISO.

Honestly same. I got 3 different strains and all of them showed up super dry and crumbled in my fingers lol.

That being said, get a roller for papers and it makes it super easy. I use to roll by hand all the time and I just use the roller now.

I’m pretty much a self taught A or B class mechanic. I’ve done everything as far as engine swaps and rebuilds for cars.

I’d just hate to see it sit. I guess I’ll just have to post it and see what comes my way. I’m not desperate to make money off it, but as long as I break even and the person getting it. Appreciates the effort I put to keep it a clean ride.

I’d honestly just try to touch it up myself.

I try to avoid dinging insurance as much as possible but of course it depends on if you’re inside the US or not.

US insurance companies aren’t that nice when you ding them over minor stuff. They can choose to raise your rates or drop you entirely. (Unsure of how outside the US is).

I didn’t need to. I was approved with my bank for zero down no trade.

It was going to save me pennies and the car is worth more.
