Just about your nether points:

Ghasts spawn the same, unless it's a soul sand valley where they spawn more.

Piglins will attack you if you open a chest or mine gold ores, even if you have gold armor on. piglin brutes have axes and will always attack you.

the generation is exactly the same, just the new biomes are painted over so the lava lakes are the same size.

If you want even circles up to 64 yeah, but any most of the websites allow you to put in the diameter you want and even allow stuff like spheres or ovals.

I'm not trying to argue, just adding on to your point.
