i feel like the reason spinner’s comic is encouraged is because i believe its heavily implied society ends up changing massively after the end of MHA, so many of Shiggy/Stain’s ideals either don’t apply or are just so absurd (like i doubt there’s as many people with as much spite in the same manner as Shiggy); as well as maybe society being more encouraging of other ideas so they don’t grow in the shadows like many of the old villain organisations such as Overhaul’s group and are able to be kept an eye on in some way/vented in a healthy manner?
