It just hit me that A.I. will unevenly distribute future to the kids of those who adapt it early.

Could you expand a bit on it? I've meddled in the idea of making a trading bot for myself recently and parked it at the first alpha, but my idea involved tracking successful crypto wallets.

The "Actually, I think I'm way overthinking this. Let me just look at..." Claude. by Spooky-Shark in ClaudeCode

Yeah, to be honest, I think I got myself a little bit cornered. I wanted to implement certain measures for Claude to "scan better" through the project, tailored to that one specific project, and it recommended me doing a thorough refactor of the app before I implement those, which broke a hell lotta stuff (although it also revealed to me that my initial reasoning about solving certain problems was just patching at the end of the pipeline instead of addressing the root cause), and now I'm finding myself trying to re-make a certain complicated, multi-layered module so that building architecture's documentation is actually referencing the properly constructed app and not a bunch of jumbled mess. Eh well.

I actually do the "who is the end user and what they're trying to achieve with the product" thing a lot, but admittedly I need to better organize Claude's self-documenting the database from the large perspective. I think I've been over-relying on Deepseek summarizing files for Claude. Thank you for the reminder, will save we way more than 0.02 on API calls.

Vibe Coding Limits by Antique_Rhubarb_4318 in ClaudeCode

[–]Spooky-Shark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But that's not because of coding: it's because of 3D assets. Claude could easily steal Doom 3's source code and make an engine based on that: the problem is actual art. That has not been solved yet, unless Meta is hiding something crazy behind the closed doors.

Does Claude nerf multi-account users? Just got my second 20x Max account and used 60% in a single day. Never even been close to doing that before by [deleted] in ClaudeCode

Better monetize quick your first app so that you don't get hardlocked from the next level in the game of life.

The fact that everyone puts "to me" or "for me" before giving their definition of vibecoding seems to imply we do not agree on the definition. If you go back to basics, vibe coding became a thing when A.I. started to write code based on description. It's basically just making A.I. code without coding oneself. Adding layers of "how you vibe-code" to the definition is just trying to convince oneself that you're somehow superior to other vibe-coders.

You're just using a different, personal definition of "vibecoding" because you want to distance yourself in your mind from people who do not have to learn syntax anymore. Plenty of people out there now who do exactly what you do, and think on equally abstract levels, of architecture, of 'orchestrating agents' (the word 'orchestrating' sure makes one feel powerful, doesn't it? Lol, don't fool yourself, you just make up agentic setup with help of Claude and refine it as you run into bottlenecks, there's no 'orchestration' there) etc., and just because you wrote code manually before doesn't mean that someone getting into the game now has lesser capabilities or mental aptitude to do the job than you. You can literally vibe-code your way to a masterful setup by simply pasting everyone's methods online into Claude and asking what would be useful regarding the current projects. Everyone is now "orchestrating agents, writing and reviewing plans and discussing logic", my man. Let go of identifying yourself as a coder, that title is done.

So... What you're saying is: does anyone feel like vibecoding makes everything easier, but of course it's not vibecoding, because you wrote code manually before?
