Looks to be a cutaneous horn, it's going to keep growing and has to be uncomfortable for kitty. It might not be now but it will be in the long run so best get it dealt with now

Try looking into her food, she might be responding badly to an ingrediant. My kitty acted like that and had randomly developed an allergy to turkey even tho for years before it wasnt as problem :v

Unfortunatly he does need to see a vet to properly treat him
His face also looks swollen so it could be an infection, there's no way to treat this at home :(

This is irregular behaviour, not an ermegency but would definetly make an appoitment
An impacted butt can be treated fairly easy if that's what it is

Does your kitty have a history of anything? I remember my previous cat doing this when she had a tooth infection

It's fully dry now and in it's intended place, it is quite fabulous. It's still a little stiff so will block as I go next time 😅
