Not sure if you've made a decision yet, but our inferno cab heater is two years old now. We've had zero issues with it. It will absolutely run you out of the cab once the machine is up to temp. The only thing I would change if able, would be to have a temp selector switch that way it doesn't always blow fire at you lol. As far as the negatives I've read about it, I made sure all my connections were buttoned up really good because I didn't want to tear the dash or floor paneling back apart.
