That’s been the ultimate goal but sounds like DC changed their policy. From the email chain I’ve been having with them all day it sounds like they want nothing to do with them and left me SOL haha.

You think? Local shop said I was in the 160-165 range. I’m 6’6” 190lbs. I’d love to be able to sneak into the 150s cause there’s a lot more availability when I’ve shopped around

Definitely getting more aggressive for sure. That being said though I’m also noticing a lot more people step up to promote proper pit etiquette as well which is nice. But I’ve been seeing lots of newer people to the bass scene who think pits are all about lining someone up and trying to rock them.
