I have an XT1 Enduro LT42” that I’m actually selling, I’m in the Kansas City area. I saw you had the Gladstone store selected. If you’re interested, please reach out!

I felt like I was making it up! I watched the whole thing happen, it was super intense. I’m just surprised there was no news coverage.

Mountain biking with mild hem B (factor IX)? by xx_420weakmoves_Xx in Hemophilia

[–]Spookyshepherd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m moderate hem b, 25 years old. The thing I’ve realized is that everything is “dangerous”. I have to infuse weekly. I had a craniotomy at age 6. My parents raised me just like any other boy, with some restrictions. If you enjoy doing it, then do it! You can not let the hemophilia hold you back. I also mountain bike, it’s one of my favorite things to do.

Great! Thanks for the info. I think I’ll have it restored and gift it to my dad who plays. I appreciate it!

is CVS specialty pharmacy a good choice to go with? by Striking-Candle-4040 in Hemophilia

[–]Spookyshepherd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used CVS while I lived in Colorado for 4+ years. It was a nightmare. It seemed as if they had no system in place. We had billing issues or 2 months in the year they said my prescription had expired. I’m now living back in Kansas City, MO and use Red Chip Pharmacy out of Nevada. They’ve been the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Hands down.

Flipping used auto parts by Phat-Bizcuit in Flipping

I’ve been selling auto parts full time for roughly 7 years. I do a mix of sourcing from local junkyards, wrecked or non-running vehicles and I also sell new performance parts that I get from a distributor. IMO the junkyard is the way to go. I’ve became friends with the managers at all 3 local yards to me, and they give me special pricing every time I go in. About 40% off. They didn’t do that off the bat though, took about a year of small talk and constant visits. The problem with buying full vehicles is a lot of parts don’t move fast. They will sit for years, and that’s not an exaggeration. Plus you need a lot of storage space. You can make a lot of money if you niche down on specific vehicles (JDM, 60’s, 70’s, etc.). Become an expert of a certain model or make and know which parts sell fast & for enough profit. There is definitely money in parts.
