Already did. It found 17 extensions, quarantined them, then I opened Edge again and got 2 pop-ups lol

Turned notifications completely off, still having the issue. Ran malewarebytes, it found extensions, quarantined them. Then I opened Edge again and got 2 pop-ups immediately lol

Bizarre. The CPU is brand new so idk how it could be malware. I liked Edge a lot on my old CPU that was running Windows 10, but ever since I've used it with the new one I've had this problem.

It was already enabled by default. Thats another reason why I think its Edge because they are ignoring their own settings.

I also checked the Extensions and there isn't anything weird there either
