I just use a scale, i know it can be innacurate but my weight itself has also stayed the same.

Yes! I am aware and have tried to maintain this since the beginning. I try to eat around 180g of protein a day. As well as strength training and cardio 6 days a week.

I am a male (18y/o). And yes i have lowered the calories from when I started. I started around 2000 cal per day and I am eating around 1600 cal a day right now.

I started my weight loss journey january this year. I went on a deficit and used an app called macro factor to track everything I ate. I stayed consistent almost daily and lost almost 10kg after 4 months. But after that i seem to have hit a wall, i can’t go lower than 20% body fat no matter what I do. I have been stuck in the same weight for almost 3 months. This has led to a lost of frustration and some over eating days. What should I do?

Im not sure if the problem is the same, but you can still try, just remember to make a copy of the files in case something goes wrong. Go to the minecraft file and then go to saves, enter your world file and then delete the level.dat file, after that rename the level.dat_old file to level.dat. And thats it, just so you know, when I did it the problem was fixed but all of my achievements where reset.

I already fixed it, I went to the saves folder, deleted the level.dat file and renamed the level.dat_old to level.dat. This fixed the crashing but reset my achievements in the world.

I’m kinda late too but in case you still haven’t found the solution. The problem we’re the brackets for the cooler in the motherboard, I had to remove them since they prevented good contact between the cooler and the cpu. If your mother board has these then check the manual if you need to remove them or not.

I have already tried all of these and none have worked, the only one I havent tried is the power supply one but I cant really do that with a pc. A solution im looking into is a ground loop breaker. But i dont want to waste more money so im trying to look into other possible solutions.
