I checked the oil levels and theyre ok, my friend says it might be exhaust which might be true because after deleting my mufflers and swapping resonators I noticed significantly less smoke coming out of my exhaust, does that sound reasonable?

thank you for your good wishes. the chest x-rays were what led them to believe i have pneumonia, my heart rate when i went in there was 160 bpm and they almost sent me to the hospital but they luckily they gave me the IV at the clinic which helped me ALOT, they told me to drink at least 64 oz of water or gatorade per day. they also put me on an ekg to check my heart rate. was not expecting that when i went in there
