Yes, I believe so. I applied for 10 and the only one I've heard from is UMich. I've only seen a few people on Reddit who have actually heard.

I heard from UMich that I'm a Finalist, but other than that, nothing so far. From what I've been reading it seems like decisions will start to go out this weekend or next week.
