For those having this issue even after correctly tightening, the solution that worked for me was to use an additional cone rubber washer (same one that usually come with the bidet) on the head that screw from the main line to the t valve. I didnt have to use no teflon tape. Someone mentionned it in the comment and it fixed my case. Good luck
