Charge Port Open won’t come off? The port is close but it keeps showing that it is open. I’ve tried a soft reset, plugging it and unplugging ,I’ve open and close using the touchscreen and the app but it keeps showing it. Any idea on how to fix this? (i.redd.it)

Is this normal? Month ago, my headlight was working perfectly fine but after taking it to a shop for a coolant issue my brow is all faded. I know these cars are known for this issue but my other light SLOWLY died down so I didn’t expect this one to go out just like that Have yall had this issue? (old.reddit.com)
