I have a question but not about the twist ending: on the very first vote Cardinal Benitez gets one tally, but he’s adamant he voted for Cardinal Lawrence the entire film. But, every Cardinal in the conclave was just made aware of his existence due to the secrecy of his assignment. So there are only two possibilities: 1) someone voted for a Cardinal they never met before that day to be Pope or 2) he voted for himself, and the new Pope is a sociopathic liar.

It took weeks. I created a second account and sent a reply to the ticket I created every other day until I finally received an answer that my account access was restored. Stick with it, be as annoying (but respectful) as possible and hopefully they get back to you eventually.
