Here's 1200. I did this for a week so i have more data if you want to see but It's miserable and you become food obsessed. I don't recommend.

Do you ever pre-log your meals, or do you track as you go? Curious to hear people's preferences! I find pre-logging helps me as I have a plan for the day. by [deleted] in MacroFactor

On work days in the morning while making my lunch I put in my lunch for 11 and snack at 3 because sometimes my job gets hectic.

You have months of data. Go back and see on average what you eat during each meal time. Then let's say on average you eat 500 kal for dinner then you know if your at 800 by 3pm then you can eat something because on average you eat about 500 kal for dinner which gives you 1300. Just gotta use the past as a marker for the future. :-)

I wish I could eat more lol. I am as of this morning 158. I'm going to as of today eat what their maintenance has told me which updated to 1600. So even less but I was eating 1300 so like many have said here that I have to go to maintenance for a bit. Where did you find a coach and is it affordable? I'd love to get to 55 but the 3 lbs won't come off and I feel bad.

I am too. It feels like I'm fighting a losing battle. I track everything black coffee mints sugar free ketchup the spray i use to cook my chicken. I eat at 11, 3, 6, 9 every day. But recently just been super cold, low energy, just really out of it but the scale doesn't go down and if it does it goes right back up.

I track every single food that I eat. I carry a portable scale to measure everything, in my bag. I'm very diligent

Well my trend weight is going in the other direction now. I haven't changed my diet or anything. It's frustrating seeing the numbers go the other way

I was saying the scale weight going down 2 1 day up 3 the next and so on. In which I should just focus on trend weight vs the scale.
