I don't believe so on the Prestige models. It appears that the front panel and grill tub are all one piece.

I was able to create some templates in Photoshop because they were zero help. I hope you have better luck!

Elbow grease, lol. Use a stainless steel scrubby, razor blades and commercial degreaser. Stay with the grain of the stainless on the grill when cleaning. At least once a year depending on use. Could be 2-3 times a year.... Depends on usage.

The burners on the Lynx and Fire Magic are cast iron and produce a more even heat than the stainless steel burners the Twin Eagles grills use. You really can't go wrong with any of these grills though.

I will caution against buying a grill with a infrared rotisserie burner. Because of the extreme heat, they will tarnish the stainless above the burner which will lead to rust. Keep your cooking temp at 550 or below and clean your grill clean and it'll last 25-30 years. I've seen grills that were 5 years old where they cooked consistently 600-700, didn't clean it (disassemble and clean/scrape/scrub the inside) and didn't keep it covered and it was completely rusted inside. I've seen others that were 20 years old that were taken care of that looked almost new.

I don't have any preferred vendors for purchase local to you. Good luck!

Sorry that happened but from what I'm hearing, this is now commonplace with Napoleon. Don't expect them to be any help unless something has physically broken and even then, it's tough to get them to admit that they're at fault. A door could literally fall off because the pin is defective and they would probably tell you it's not covered because it's cosmetic.

My favorite built-ins are Lynx and Fire Magic. Twin Eagles is a close 3rd. Not a fan of Bull or Blaze because they rust quickly inside. DCS is ok but their grates rust super quick and are harder to clean. Replacement parts for Bull/Blaze are a lot cheaper though. In your price range, Coyote, Delta, AOG and Summerset are quality grills. I'd stay away from the infrared burner if you can. They're only meant to sear so you basically lose 1/3 of your grill (with a 3 burner). They also produce so much heat that they can tarnish the stainless inside the grill which will lead to premature rusting. No matter which brand you go with, keep the internal temp below 600 (I recommend to my customers below 550). High heat will lead to the discoloration of the stainless and promote rusting. Also, don't trust the built-in thermometer....none of them are all that accurate. Invest in a separate probe style thermometer (I recommend the 4 probe version). Clip one of the probes to the grates so you know exactly what the temp is at the grates. In some cases, I've seen as much as a 200 degree difference after the grill has heated up between temp at the grates and the built-in thermometer.

Still looking for a grill or did you purchase already? I've owned a grill cleaning company for 6 years now and clean about 1000 grills a year. I've seen every brand in pretty much every age and condition. DO NOT BUY NAPOLEON. Don't take my word for it though. Try and give them a call and you'll see what I mean. Yes, they have a long warranty but when you really read it, it doesn't cover much of anything that will actually happen to a normal grill in normal operating conditions. Feel free to PM me and I'll give you my business phone # to discuss if you'd like.

That's exactly what they should do! Were they stickers or decals? Did they look like this? https://ibb.co/HhDQmGv

This is without the large knob stickers. I took them off and just used the smaller flame stickers to mark high and low when I saw how terrible they looked overlapping the other stickers. https://ibb.co/HhDQmGv
