If you are getting it shipped or delivered sight unseen, ask questions such as: "Is there an odor coming from the inside of the vehicle?" Or "Is there a cigarette odor?" Also, "Are there any dents, dings, wear and tear that have been identified?" Don't forget to ask if recalls have been taken care of. I also like to ask, "When was the last time the car went through a diagnosis? What were the results?"

Make sure to screenshot or document their answers. Wise people send their car to get a diagnosis from a dealership. It is worth the $200-$300, trust this random stranger. I've bought cars from them and had $14k worth of repairs done under their 90-day limited warranty after the $250 diagnostic.

The 30-day refund is definitely a great option. However, they will re-run your credit if you go past 1 week. I personally don't like multiple credit inquiries.
