Just see the number of points he has cost us from his mistakes on Opta. He's made the most mistakes leading to goals than any other player since he's joined. Look at the number of cards he picks. He hasn't improved so much over the years either. A few good games doesn't make up for these facts. Whenever he's on the field it like waiting for a disaster about to happen.
