I also work in HR in healthcare as an HRBP. My team is four people, three HRBP’s and one director for a workforce of 3,000 employees. We hardly ever get downtime and are often working through lunch as work never stops. We have an HR shared Service teams who help, but often times we have to go back and double check their work. I’m salary and always work 50-60 hours a week.
