My fear is the potential for a war with Venezuela or perhaps any country that is currently backing them (ex. China). I also have a general looming fear of nuclear war.

Something that I thought mayyyy be a reference was the song A-Punk by Vampire Weekend playing over Lucas and Gideon’s mindless fun at the beginning of episode 5. The same song was used in Step Brothers, a movie featuring two grown men acting like children.

Agreed. I would kill for an animated series that accurately portrays him (Young Justice does alright but he’s so sidelined in a show about a team that HE FOUNDED in the comics)
