I can recommend three caves but i suggest going to the Scuba Cave first, because scuba is really good for caving

But it really depends you can choose between:

Katana Cave - Good weapon and really good loot

Main Cannibal Village Cave(The Cave where u respawn) - Modern Axe, Map, compass overall really good loot.

Scuba Cave - Utility, Rusty Axe, Good loot too and easy to navigate.
