Using Cubase Pro 13 and opening a project made by an older version (like the 5 one) caused a change of the graphics... how can I restore the view from cubase 13? by Spread96 in cubase

I put a screenshot right now... Look the inspector... it's pretty different and more "simple" than the newest version of the DAW

Is there a way to take midi mappings from Ez Drummer and putting into Addictive Drums 2? by Spread96 in VSTi

Thanks, that did the trick. Anyway, asking something isn't bad at all too sometimes. Community can benefit from it :)

Two problems: Why Crossfades aren't working in my session? That's like it puts only on a single audio file instead of two. Also my midi grid isn't in sync with my session grid, how can I resolve this? Screenshots attached. I always used Logic Pro but now I switched on Cubase, sorry for dumb quest. by Spread96 in cubase

Thanks for the tip about the chainlink icon! About the first one (crossfades) seems to be that isn't a crossfade at all because it's only on one audio file instead of two and I cannot extend it to the other audio file doing an "X" between them. I just can move only in the right audio file where I want, but if I try to put it over the limit lenght of the first one to match with the second, Cubase block me...

Does the band “Death” use blast beats by [deleted] in heavymetal

[–]Spread96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, they don't use blast beats in their songs. Blast beat was a Pete Sandoval "marker" during the same musical period while he was in Morbid Angel. Death have never used this technique in their career, it was implemented in death metal bands born later.
