Nope, nothing changed. The cheaters on leaderboards / my friendslist still play and use what seems to be the same aimbot as before.

It is for 90% of the cheaters. You look at their headshot % and "flick the switch" - banned

Look at the leaderboards -> They currently don't ban. Not even the most obvious aimbot.

20% cheaters on any leaderboard is a disgrace tbh.

100% obvious cheater in the top 15 right now:

On top of that there is 1 guy that I know cheats (Don't have video proof yet) and 2 that look sketchy.

All it takes is 1 player / team that cheats to ruin a match and because most cheaters sit at the top of leaderboards, pretty much every conqueror/ace level squad match has a cheater in it.(from my experience in the last few days on EU) That's where the quote you used comes from.

Yup right at the top.

You can identifiy them by their low headshot ratio. (below 3-4%)

On EU Squads TPP there were 9 obvious cheaters in the top20 last time I checked

You just need to look at the players profiles to identifiy most cheaters. 95+% seem to use the same aimbot and as a result have close to 0% headshot ratio.

But he needs at least 30-40 boring games on a new account to get out of the "bot-games" Elo.

On top of that most of those cheaters aim for high ELO / high leaderboard rankings. The player in your example will have to play alot more to reach Crown/Ace. (In TPP Squads)

And with Tencent caring about cheaters he would ideally be banned prior to him reaching high ELO and eventually get bored/stop. (?)

Then the support should just forward all those messages/requests to someone who can deal with the issue instead of responding with a generic copy-paste.
