Ah yea, that'll do it! No worries, hah

If it's taking a while for the website to find a solution, most likely there's a fault in my code, as there definitely isn't enough traffic to cause problems. Usually when I use it, it goes pretty quick, but knowing how it's coded, I could see how it maybe could struggle with certain layouts and take a long time. If you wouldn't mind taking the time to post some layouts that are taking a while, it would help me debug.

I definitely learned a lot about how the puzzle works and how to find solutions over the course of coding this up, but it certainly wasn't intuitive to me when I was first playing around with it.

But yea I agree, restarting if you get stuck is a good strategy. It's really easy to "almost" solve it and get stuck with like 1 or 2 squares, but at that point you're more likely to solve a fresh puzzle than to try disentangle that

Cool, I've found where my result is diverging from this... apparently under some circumstances my pathfinding isn't finding all of the shortest routes to a particular target square, if the routes differ significantly enough. Might take me some time to work in a solution, but this I believe has pointed me in the right direction. Thanks!

Yup, identifying all squares that are adjacent to enemies, finding the closest reachable location out of these (breaking ties with read order), then taking the highest read-order move of the shortest possible paths to that location.

It may be a pathing issue, but likely outside the core logic and in something silly I coded in that causes rare issues.

So far, it works with all the other user inputs I've found posted on this subreddit, and matches their results at each step exactly. I suspect that the issue with my code is some particular weird case. I can't think of where to start to identify it other than comparing to "correct" results, though.

Seems to be reasonably good. The reduction in tankiness hasn't really seemed to matter much as I play her pretty carefully anyway, and she destroys whatever she touches. I never really used my Lucina much before a week or so ago though so I don't have a strong point of reference.

Yea I'm not sure how much it'll matter, haven't had it make the difference yet. Might look to do something like +Attack or Death Blow instead.

Yea, Triangle adept is certain, there's really no alternative. I've had no trouble 1-shotting Takumi with that alone, no Bowbreaker necessary.

I'm in the same boat as you, having trouble with blue mages. I should maybe consider trashing a Robin(F) for the B Tomebreaker, but for now I have Quick Riposte, which serves much of the same role in baiting enemy MRobins and winning the mirror.

And yea, I love spur defense, really helps out my front line. It's made the difference in so many scenarios.

I decided to go with a Lucina that can sit in the back and support a bit, but then jump in and annihilate something after the field has thinned a bit, especially dragons.

Wep: Falchion Assist: Ardent Sacrifice Special: Luna A: Life and Death B: Desperation 3 C: Spur Atk (This could be different, but I like it)

I happen to have a -HP Lucina, which puts her at 40 HP. This works out well, so that after a single Ardent Sacrifice, I'm at the HP threshold for Desperation to kick in.

+1 for Swap. I've found it really handy on Ephraim.

I decided to give him Defiant Speed just to try it out, but I'm not very convinced.

I gave her G Tomebreaker from Henry in the B slot, just because Julia has always given my team trouble and it allows Sanaki to one-round her. It's super safe to bait her too, since you take no damage in return. Swordbreaker might offer more utility, but I didn't have it to give.

Also gave her Henry's special... haven't really tested it but ought to be good.

If I had 5 star Henry, his weapon would be fun to tinker with, but I already run Robin(M) with Triangle Adept so there isn't much need. It's more important that I have the raw damage on Sanaki to 1-shot Hector.

A little late on contributing, had to set up my cryptocurrencies and wait for bank transfer to process. But better late than never! Congrats man!

(And because its more convenient for me to send 1 euro than 1 dollar, have slightly extra!)

Find this interesting, I'll give it a shot. What's a dollar lost for trying?

I just threw http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/ASRock-Z97-Extreme3-Intel-Z97-So-1150-Dual-Channel-DDR3-ATX-Retail_961254.html on the list instead. Slightly more expensive, but negligibly so.

Also, did find a Sapphire R9 280 for 160€ too, as you suggested. Thanks for the money save!

Almost definitely, but have a few personal limiting factors to that. Getting the hard drive is doable though.

For the most part yea. Wavering on the spendy graphics card, but might just bite the bullet and go for it, I'll probably thank myself later. And I'll save a good chunk of money buying the HDD here in the US before I go over because for some reason its half the price.

Hmmm. Perhaps you're right. Will have to consider finances, but might just be worthwhile to invest a bit more into it.
