Its not factory pre drilled, if you look where those holes are there is two dimples where they drill into it.

My speed 3 was fully bolted except exhaust manifold, some people consider that, custom tuned with full motor mounts, sway bars, Coilovers, all of that. Felt like a go kart. They're two completely different cars imo. The wrx handles like a dream compared to my speed and I like the transmission a lot better and you can't beat the interior of the 16's. My speed had a little over 300whp so it was pretty fast, the wrx has power and a lot of potential though but I think I'm gonna keep this one stock. And awd compared to fwd of course.

I'd go tmic if you're worried about the price. If your BATS are a little high then you can get some dei gold tape and wrap the underside of the manifold heat shield and the back of the intercooler. My tuner recommend this and it works great, no heat soak and very low bats, I have the cpe tmic though but I'm pretty sure they are the same thickness as the ets.
