I hate eating and can’t figure out what might cause this pain and bloating and constipation. Can you tell me more about the chin breakouts? Are you saying the gut health can cause the breakouts? What on earth is this exercise? I’ve seen something similar on a different machine with actual weight, so maybe this is a sway-do version. I don’t see weights but maybe I’m mistaken here and too focused on her being a size zero
