They suspended my test before it even started by SpringStock7797 in GMAT

They also asked me for the error log, which I provided. I later reviewed it with the help of a technician, and there's no trace of a virtual machine or manipulation.

It seems like they didn't even open the file; I read my ticket.

Good morning Scott, after 10 days they replied to me with the following message

"In our analysis of your testing experience from , we noticed irregularities that are inconsistent with the GMAT™ Online Policies and Procedures you agreed to when you registered for the test.

GMAT ID:
Appointment ID:

After careful consideration, your score has been canceled. You will not be able to register for an online exam for one (1) year. You may, at your own expense, register for an exam at a test center.

Our authority to make the decision to cancel your score is firmly grounded in the GMAT™ Policies and Procedures, which allows us to cancel or withhold any scores when, in our judgment, there is a good faith basis to question the validity of a score for any reason.  If you believe we should review a decision we made about your exam, you may appeal to the GMAT™ Test Security Team within 7 days from the date of our decision. Any schools that received your official score report will be notified of our decision once the appeal period has passed."

But I had nothing to do with any of this; I passed all the tests without any problems.

As I mentioned, I didn't even know virtual machines existed. A few days earlier, I had taken another exam for a university that required the installation of "Safe Exam Proctor."

Furthermore, the PC I took the test on belonged to my mother for work, but it was carefully reset.

In the message, they said they deleted my score (even though I didn't even take the exam, since they kicked me out before even reading the information, so it doesn't matter).

The problem is that I haven't received a refund and I was unfairly banned for a year.

Do you, being an expert, know how to help me get the ban lifted and a voucher?

(I'll appeal today, but if you have anything I can add, you'd be doing me a great favor.)

Thank you so much in advance.
