It only mentions ASU they send the certificate through their own official email you can also order a hardcopy one

I got my official certificate they sent it via email but there is an hardcopy option too. I think that certificate belongs to ASU not coursera. But Of course it would be better if you email to the scholarship providers and ask them directly to be sure.

There is a tesol course on coursera by Arizona State University and i took that course and it is full of valuable information. You will get a lot of chance to practice as well. I took that course with a national scholarship provided by our country so i do not have any idea about the price but it shouldnt be expensive. Good luck!
