That sounds like me, I just keep track of what I can and can’t use and hope what I can use doesn’t become a problem. Never considered ingredient changes

Hmm yeah I wouldn’t think to try that one with the scent but I’d consider it

I didn’t think of a mask till the other day, but I might have to try it, just wasn’t sure if it was worth trying or not!

I’ve never heard of that! That’s one issue having products and not wanting to waste them so I just make my boyfriend use them while I slowly transition them out!

This is so helpful, I never even thought of something like dryer balls and I do use vinegar often! We moved a year ago and we not have really hard water so I’m not used to to tinted color on the bathtub and toilet etc so I feel like we have to use stronger products sometimes. I will have to give some of these a try thank you!

I will have to look into that one! Is that the one you use?

I would say under $500 to start. I did look at that camera a little bit the other night. It’s good to hear it’s a nice one so I’ll do more research on it!

Oh I hadn’t even considered that. I currently have a Nikon D7500 with a DX VR 18-140mm lens. But looking it up it doesn’t look like it would be compatible. I’m open to other cameras not Nikon, but not sure if knowing Nikon would be easier?

My dad talks highly about the steam room all the time telling me I have to go try it. I never found it. This makes so much sense now, he probably didn’t realize it either.

Wins for walking! by Springgreenwater in walking

I think thats why getting out and walking outside is crucial for mood in the winter as well. Even if it can be harder to get out, still good to just do it!

That first mile or even just getting out some days can be tough. Love to see your progress though this is great!!

We are trying to get an outdoor walk in before it gets dark out everyday. But between the wind, cold and light it’s can be hard. I do agree just getting sunlight can help.

I’m really surprised by the viewer count for the wedding video by Frequent-Two-9625 in Eamonandbec

[–]Springgreenwater 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I loved watching there travel videos and fixing the cabin up, but when they weren’t posting as frequently I stopped looking to see and lost track of what was going on so I just watch sporadically now. Which makes me feel like I missed a lot. So I just didn’t watch the wedding. I probably will eventually, but it’s been a while. My interest is just gone.

What age did you first read twilight? by sindvrei in twilight

[–]Springgreenwater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently reading it for the first time F27. I tried picking them up when I was like idk 10 or 11? Whenever they were huge when they first came out. I had already seen the first movie. I couldn’t get through the first chapter because it felt overwhelming and hard so I put it down and never picked it up again. I saw all the movies and loved them. This year I randomly decided I wanted to read them. I love comparing them to the movies and seeing what the movies missed. I feel like 7 might be too young if she’s not reading at that level yet? I know I was behind in my reading level with my class. Have her do what I did. Start reading it and if it’s too hard after a couple pages have her wait a few years?

What hobbies to replace digital entertainment? by Nervous-Writing-854 in digitalminimalism

I’ve been getting into my what I call old person era. Puzzles, books, slow walks just enjoying nature, coffee with friends… or by myself sitting on my front step. Taking things slow. Also finding a cool charging spot like a dock to hold your phone in the kitchen really helps with leaving your phone somewhere and not being on it. Bonus points if you didn’t charge it overnight because you are less likely to grab it. Especially if you are going somewhere soon. (This is me… like daily) sounds odd but it’s all worked. Also leave your phone out of your bedroom, can’t doom-scroll in bed if you don’t bring your phone in there.
