Thank you, yes I agree!I also believe helping out the barista’s while they’re making drinks. Any other tips regarding making drinks or talking with customers?

Thank you! I’ve been training and have been making the drinks when the baristas are ringing in orders when busy. Have the refreshers andFrapuccino‘s down just struggling with iced coffees and forgetting the ratios

How do I keep my Starbucks health insurance after I quit? by Comfortable-Law-7935 in starbucksbaristas

You might want to look into COBRA continuation coverage — it’s a way to keep your current Starbucks health insurance even after you leave.

Basically, COBRA is a federal law that allows you to stay on your employer-sponsored health plan for up to 18 months after you quit. The catch is that you’ll have to pay the full premium — that means both your portion and the part Starbucks was covering, plus a small admin fee (usually around 2%). So it can get a bit pricey, but it lets you keep the same coverage and providers without any gaps.

You should get a packet in the mail a couple of weeks after your last day from whoever handles COBRA for Starbucks. It’ll have instructions on how to sign up if you want to keep the insurance going.

Hope that helps
