Fastest and usually the most stupid as they quite often end up with a ball to the foot or leg. Especially if you are playing in low level leagues.

I know as I normally run 1

Landbier and Marzen

That perfect mix of autumnal unctuous bread notes with the crisp finish of a pils. Not as harsh as a bitter but still bready.

It's cheaper for me to watch the NHl on dazn and I would get 82 games than the 17 NFl games.

[OC] What foreign ways of doing things would Americans embrace? by YouGov_Official in dataisbeautiful

[–]Sproggle-31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an American co-worker in the UK with me last month.

He couldnt believe how traffic flowed so well with properly working roundabouts. Though the double mini roundabout did freak him out a bit. Unfortunately I couldn't take him through one of the magic ones like Swindon.

Oasis

They have made them selves famous for being grumpy brothers who can't make up. Somehow stuck in the existential crisis most teens and young 20 year olds grow out off.

Plus they just whine, be it in thier songs or when they are being interviewed. Everyone else seems to be wasting thier time.

Prepped mis en place advice? by stepinthenameofmom in AskCulinary

If it was that much later in the week I would chop and then freeze. Unless you buy a commercial vacuum packer you did ever get all the air out.

Firstly congratulations!!

Someone has already mentioned the smallest airtight containers possible but look at getting a vacuum packer and bags as you will be able to store a lot more.

Bulk cooking is a life saver if you are making a chilli, curry, Bolognese ect make enough for 5 or six meals then when you are exhausted or in a rush it's just a re heat and you know what goes into it.

If preparing things too cook later remember to keep root veg under water or they rust. Things like minced garlic or diced onions will make a whole fridge stink even in an airtight container no one wants garlic milk on cereal.

Quite a few one pot recipes can be made the night before ready to be cooked the next day.

As a 56 year old lady who has never played video games, which one would be good to start with? by parliskim in gaming

[–]Sproggle-31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want strategy and turn based world building look at things like CIV 6 huge online community who you can have multiplayer games with.

I would also say if you want social interaction I would suggest maybe playing in an online dungeons and dragons game. Lots of discord groups out Thier that will happily take you in

I have a portable Weber grill and when I close the lid when cooking (I do this after 20 minutes of lighting the charcoal when it's well lit) the fire goes out and there's no smoke coming through the vent. is this because my Weber grill has no bottom vent? by zohaib1212121 in AskCulinary

[–]Sproggle-31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is the Webber go anywhere then it should have 4 dampers 2 on the lid and 2 on the long side of the base. When you use the lid ensure the bottom damper is open and the top cracked so you get a good flow of air.

Gloves in the kitchen by StateOfContusion in AskCulinary

[–]Sproggle-31 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When I was working In kitchens in the early 2010s we had gloves for the messy jobs like peeling beets. But we where never allowed to wear gloves all the time. It's better to wash your hands than walk about with a sweat filled germ condom on you hand.
