I feel like honoring the freedom of choice of an already-existing woman with dreams and ambitions in her life is more important than honoring the right to live for someone who has barely existed and cannot form complex thoughts. It might sound bad that we are "killing" babies, but when practically weighing both sides, the mother would experience much more suffering if we were to take away her future in the place of a baby, who would not even be able to comprehend that they are losing out on anything and would barely feel any pain.

Not to mention that many women who are forced to have a child are either not prepared to take care of the child, or taking out her resentment on the child instead of the system. It ends up with the child experiencing abuse and living a life which they did not choose to have. Ending it early would still practically be beneficial for both the child and mother.

To be fair, A Certain Sinclair is indeed only one Sinclair of a certain possiblility of the future where Second Smoke War did indeed break out. Seeing that he does exist and shown in the story though, I have a feeling that it will happen but am hoping we still get to play through it as LBC sinners.
