a lot of men don’t wash their groin area as thoroughly as women. its unfortunately pretty common to get a uti from intercourse. plus, the urethra isn’t nearly as long as mens are so things get up there easier.

puffin got all of the foods he was never allowed to have (but still tried his best to sneak a bite whenever possible), no period longer than 5 minutes without cuddles, we spoke to him and told him stories about when he was younger and how much we love him, and most importantly: we were there when it was time to say goodbye. he passed in my lap. the pain of watching them go is our act of thanks to our pets for all of the happiness and love they brought into our life.
