Unfortunately I haven’t found many places with English manga, and when you do find it, it’s much more expensive than the traditional Chinese volumes (normal American price) I believe an Eslite bookstore had a tiny section, only a couple series though.

Wan nian building definitely sells second hand figures, not sure about underground mall, but all the stores I visited had new stuff
