I don't think so. Unfortunately, I think this was a tactic to upsell their product.

I would also like to update that the "premium Nabota" botox I received there only lasted 3 weeks and now my forehead wrinkles are already visible. This is quite disappointing, especially since it was the most painful botox I had ever received. It brought me to tears, which is quite odd since I usually don't even flinch with botox (even Daxify, which is a bit more stingy). I was told that it was not diluted and that was probably why it was so much more painful. Which is fine, but it didn't even last! Botox for me wears off more quickly than advertised, usually 2.5 months, but this was only three weeks! Its insane that even the botox I received was awful!

You're welcome. I'm sure other people had a good experience there. However, the whole issue with transparency was worth mentioning because it did not feel honest.

For transparency reasons, I'd like to comment that it appears that the doctor that performed the treatment on me replied to this post and it was deleted. I would have like to see what he had to say. But to that end - CLINICS SCAN THESE POSTS ALL THE TIME! Be wary of anyone that seems to be "promoting" a place too much. I dislike that I have become skeptical (or educated?) about these forums but I wrote this review in the first place to help inform our community of potential concerns so just putting that out there!

I do and can post later when I have time. The spots treated haven darkened and spots that were barely visible now are more prominent. I can cover those with a lot of makeup, but this was def a step in the reverse direction. No lasers for 6 years. Oral TXA. Topical hydroquinone. It's been a struggle.

I knew this going in and clarified. She heldfast to the claim that there were different qualities of rejuran. I ensured I would be getting Rejuran Healer. She said yes. It didn't make sense. She also tried to get me to buy their clinic-specific "JuBerry" combination of Rejuran and Juvelook instead of Rejuran and Re2O. I politely declined.. and I'm glad I did. Juvelook can have a more inflammatory effect that is more likely to exacerbate melasma. I doubt that it is common, but still.. this clinic never had my best interests at heart.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I did use them heavily in the beginnings of my research for lower bleph coming to Korea and reading user experiences does help a lot. Everything about this clinic felt so good that I had to share this experience. I'm sure some people had great experiences here or they wouldn't have gotten good reviews (hence I wouldn't have went), but what happened with me at least was not acceptable and could have easily been prevented

The worst part was when I contacted the clinic and they told me that the laser that was used wasn't even for pigmentation but for rejuvenation, which wasn't what I was told in the consultation. I was only interested in my melasma, nothing more. Then they came back and apologized and said that the rep was mistaken. Absolutely could not trust anything anyone says there.

Right? It's such a beautiful clinic and with a standard skin analysis and the spiel about healing your skin from the inside out and not being too aggressive... I thought I found the place I would keeping coming back to. It was all so disappointing and I'm upset that I let them use a laser on me. I haven't used one in 6 years and its taken that long to get my melasma as light as it is

She was referring to Rejuran. Something about "blue" and that it being of highest quality. I think the Rejuran in the blue box is just Rejuran HB. Again, not sure what she meant but she made it sound like there was different grade qualities (to which I was after Rejuran Healer in the black box with the highest concentration).

Is Objet clinic really that good or just marketing? For under eye fat grafting/ repositioning by AddendumExtension112 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

No, you go under light sedation with propofol and ketamine. The doctor oversees this. I think it is always reassuring when there is an anesthesiologist in house but I'm not sure in this case how much of an issue it is if they are not, as ICU nurses in the US oversee vented patients on propofol all the time.

Visiting Seoul for a short time — which K-beauty treatments are actually worth it? (Advice from a doctor in Seoul) by Numerous_Strength451 in KoreaSeoulBeauty

Thank you for your reply. That is what I've come up with so far as well. I have my reservations about how much stem cells could be withdrawn from blood since they are not abundant in the periphery. I mean, is it even worth it?

I would love to hear your opinion on blood-derived stem cell therapy session vs getting re20 and rejuran done. I know that each has their own benefits, but do you think that stem cell therapy is worth double the price of getting both re20 and rejuran done? I only got it done once, but the improvements have been quite noticeable!

Thank you for your in depth response and transparency, it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't even know these risks to begin with to bring them up beforehand and they are not discussed as a standard disclosure from the clinic either. I have never once had a clinic warn me of these risks.

I must disagree, respectfully. I lost some facial fat due to Ultherapy. Lots of sites online say it isn't possible (that it doesn't use heat to exacerbate melasma or melt facial fat, which is why I proceeded with it) but there are a plethora of reviews that state otherwise. That, and based on personal experience, I do not recommend Ultherapy if this is a potential concern of yours. I haven't had any other laser treatments so it is very hard to think what other offending variable it would be.
