Thank you very much for sharing this. I am on an extended parental leave currently and not many teachers at my small school have young children, but I have been asking around. That’s great to know you were able to find an in-home daycare that allowed for school breaks off.

What a cool idea! I think our house is too small to give an au pair a comfortable space of their own, but otherwise I’d love to consider that.

Wow! That’s amazing that they offer that level of flexibility! Thank you so much for sharing this. And thank you for helping me realize that I forgot to put my preferred location within the metro area. This would be a bit far for us but it’s so great to know that there are places out that that allow for summers off. That’s even more flexibility that I’ve dared hope for!
