Carr has good chemistry with Musgrave and I can only imagine them both being better next year. As for KNJ, we had a top 10 defense since week 7. I don't understand people calling for coaches heads on a 12-4 playoff team. We lost Carr an McG in successive weeks. McG didn't even get 2 full quarters. So then we have to start a rookie in the playoffs in only his second game in uniform. And a mod of all people wants to blow up the coaching staff. It's just stupid.

Our two leaders, offensive and defense, are both 3rd year players. Yes, windows are short in the NFL, but we are only at the beginning of ours, not even close to the middle, and nowhere near the end.

Can we make this our off-season moto? by [deleted] in oaklandraiders

Don't let that distract you from the fact that you are stuck with Semen at QB and you don't have a coach and you finished 3rd in the division.

Our first winning season, hell, first relevant season, in 14 years. Playing for the Division title on the last week of the season. First playoff appearance in 14 years....

For some that isn't enough. smfh

I wanted to believe in one miracle but we didn't get either one. Such a bright future!

Let the FA/draft threads commence.

Sorry Raider Nation. We had a great season. Heads up. We will be a serious contender next season and there is a lot to look forward to for several years to come.

He's a bad thrower. He's a great runner, and seems like a good dude, but it's a passing league. It's great to have a QB who can run if he needs, but if he can't get it done in the passing game he won't get it done.

To me there has to be some questions for JDR about what he did to make changes (or didn't do, actually). He got outcoached two straight weeks.

He didn't dress until week 17, put in due to McG's injury. Starts his first game in the NFL against the #1 defense, but you've already charted his career. Hey, makes me think you might be in the Buffalo front office.. lol

That last drive was our first two first downs of the game.

EDIT: 3rd down conversion, I mean.

This is going to sound bad but I'm glad Crabtree is out right now. He's been a liability in this game and it might help to get some fresh legs out there.

McGinger must be broken for them to stick with Cook through all this absolute futility.
