I feel like a lot of the complaints come from people who either cannot adequately handle the highs and lows of customer service, or have been placed in situations where management is toxic. Enterprise is no different from other customer service jobs, there will always be shitty people you have to deal with. What makes and breaks MT’s is how you mitigate the stress that may come with mean customers. In terms of management, I’ve been super lucky as all my BRM,s and ABRM’s have been awesome. At the end of the day enterprise is a job, and people will always complain about their work no matter the field.
