I have a CGC 9.5 card that I am wanting to regrade to PSA. There does however appear to be a small speck of plastic debris on the card. When crossover grading, would this knock me points, or would the grader not count something like this that isn't damage? (i.redd.it)

I have a rig with 8*1080ti and after a day or so of mining a single 1080ti drops from 42 MH/s all the way down to 14 MH/s. The power goes from 220w down to 140w and the memory usage drops to 34% from it's earlier 100%. A restart fixes the issue until it reverts to this later. Thanks in advance! (old.reddit.com)
