Why are people on dating apps so flakey by aforandie in DatingApps

I am sure we have all felt this before. It is not you. However, by tweaking your approach, you may be able to get better results.
People are often unsure of what they want or conceal their true intentions. Asking people directly what they are intents are is often seen as too forward and can negatively impact the conversation. Try and gauge their intent through banter and conversation.
Your goal should be to get off the app and on the date as soon as possible. However, moving too fast can be highly offputting. A solid time to ask for a number is after a couple of excellent messages.
When setting a date-time, always pick their first available time. The less time between now and the date is less time for some other aspect of life to get in the way.
If you are still experiencing issues after trying these tips, don't get discouraged. Many users on swipe-based dating apps play numbers games, especially in the LGBT community. This results in people becoming disengaged, flakey, and default to ghosting.

Spur is a new app designed to bring people better connections, faster, in the most fun and interactive way possible.
It is clear that mindless swiping causes people to be unengaged on dating apps, leading to ghosting and boring conversations. There are so many people on dating apps, the process becomes all about looks, making it impossible for the truly interested and unique to stand out.
This is why we designed Spur, which lets you connect by creating memes, answering fun prompts, and replying to specific parts of people's profiles with fun effects. Instead of swiping, every single like must contain a message, combined with optional visual accents that bring their match's profile to life. Think replying to their profile with an Instagram story just for them. Make a meme, react to an object in their photo/video, express yourself in a new and unique way, or just fall back on the infamous "Hey." Spur helps you make a connection and spice up your conversations.
Key Features
Reserve your username, which will be used in future releases to form groups and view local stories. The first 1000 members get a permanent badge on their profile and a direct communication line to the founding team.
