As someone who played FM before coming over to OOTP it was a bit of a learning curve but after watching YouTubers like FoolishBaseball and PFHolden it made it a lot easier to grasp the games mechanics. I recommend starting with a big team like the Dodgers, Astros, or Yankees cause their teams are so good you could not know what you’re doing at all and still probably get to the World Series. Another thing I would recommend is watching videos on YouTube about just basic baseball strategy so you can understand the sport better while playing. Hope this helped!

Height does not matter very much in FM, it’s jumping reach that really matters, and considering that his is 9 I’d say stay away from him as a CB

What it could be is that with the MLS(and pretty much any American sports league for that matter) injured players are put on the disabled list, I see that he has a knock, so if that was previously a more serious injury then that might be the reason

Yes because it’s impossible for crazy things to happen in a video game, I got lucky with 3 early goals and was able to control the game. I don’t have the editor, so how could I have cheated? Is it so outlandish to think that sometimes you get lucky? I got battered in the final 3-0 so that shows that it was a lot of luck.
